Our aim is to provide our guests with a pleasant, relaxing, peaceful haven for their holiday, therefore, please take note of the following:

  • All electrical connections must be safe and compatible – one hook-up per unit only
  • Advance bookings are accepted subject to the right of the Proprietors to refuse admission to the camp site for any reason in their own absolute discretion. In the event of such a refusal, a full refund of any payments made will be given. Booking is essential, we do not accept same day bookings by phone or on site
  • All guests must be able to provide proof of residential address. As a private property we reserve the right to request such ID and refuse entry if it can not be provided.
  • Fen Farm Caravan Site is for Holiday and Recreational use only
  • We insist on quiet after 11pm. If there is excessive noise after 11pm please phone one of the numbers on the office door
  • Please give consideration to other site users
  • Please drive slowly on the site – the speed limit is 10mph and normal highway laws apply
  • We recycle here, please check Bins areas for details
  • Please keep at least 20 feet away from other tents/caravans. Inappropriately pitch units will be required to be re-positioned
  • Please do not allow children near the workshop area, or to play round the barrier
  • Please be aware of moving vehicles around the workshop area
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead on the touring/camping fields. Please keep your dogs under control in other areas and clear up after them, no dogs in the toilet blocks. Do not leave your dog unattended on the site at any time
  • We only accept groups of up to 4 units, provided that all campers in the group respect others. Groups must have a nominated person responsible for their conduct. Group bookings are limited and must be declared at the time of booking.
  • Please ensure all pegs are removed. If you have difficulty removing pegs, please let a member of staff know
  • No jet skis allowed on site, No Drones to be launched from the site
  • NO OPEN FIRES – Gas or Charcoal BBQs only, NO WOOD. BBQs must be off the ground. (Bricks available from reception) NEVER take a BBQ inside
  • Anyone found causing damage to Fen Farm property will be asked to leave
  • Children are not allowed to ride in the back of open vehicles. Children must not sit on the drivers lap
  • The Play areas opening times are 8.30am to dusk or 9.30pm, which ever is earlier
  • Commercial Vehicles by prior agreement only
  • No Generators or Transformers allowed on site
  • Footwear must be worn in the toilet blocks
  • You are responsible for the conduct of children in your custody. Please ensure they respect the privacy and tranquility of others
  • To preserve the countryside for future generations and ensure that you can enjoy this area for your future visits, we ask that campers try to minimize environmental damage and landfill by waste reduction & recycling
  • No engine driven i.e. electric or petrol ride on toys on site – pedal power only
  • Children should not be without proper, responsible parental or guardian supervision after 10pm
  • We deliberately leave wood around the site to encourage wildlife, please do not remove
  • We do not encourage fires on the beach, but please ensure they are below the water line and put out fully to keep the beach safe for everyone – please return to your unit quietly
  • As part of our conservation awareness, we ask that paddling pools, water bombs and water pistols are not used on site
  • Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated, please inform a member of Fen Farm staff of any anti-social behavior

Anyone causing nuisance after being warned by site staff will be asked to leave without refund
